About boegre archive

The archive begins in real life: a sunlit scenery, a landscape in motion, an imperfect surface, a colour remembered from a particular day, a place that leaves an impression long after you have gone. Through photography, these fragments are collected, revisited, and transformed into satin scarves.

Each design is developed from original images and refined into a wearable composition. The intention is not simply to place a photograph on fabric. It is to translate an atmosphere – something seen, felt, and remembered – into an object that can move through everyday life.

The name holds two meanings. Boegre is the artist’s surname; archive is both a growing gallery of her photographic work and an invitation to the wearer. A scarf may begin in the artist’s archive, but it becomes part of yours: worn on journeys, tied around a bag, given as a gift, saved from a meaningful day.

boegre archive makes memory-based luxury feel textiles: personal, artful, wearable, and made to be kept.

A note from the artist

,,I created boegre archive to keep the small, passing moments that stay with us long after they’re gone. My hope is that each scarf becomes more than an accessory: a quiet companion for your own journeys, memories, and everyday rituals.

Thank you for letting a fragment of my world become part of yours.”

With love,
Dorina

About Dorina Bögre

Dorina Bögre is a Hungarian photographer and visual artist, born and raised in Budapest. Her work moves between photography, design, and storytelling, with a particular interest in intimacy, self-realization, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.

She holds a Master’s degree in Fine Art Photography from Budapest Metropolitan University and spent a semester at EASD Valencia, where the Mediterranean light and culture further shaped her visual language. Alongside her photography practice, she has a background in marketing and fashion design, blending creative intuition with a thoughtful, strategic approach.

With boegre archive, Dorina brings together her love of photography and textile art: collecting fragments of places, light, and memory, and translating them into wearable compositions.
